The booing and whistling started when the minutes silence started.
Then they were chanting something that Eddie the Turk can translate, if he can't find a c&p

Don't worry. It is only Isis that are scum. ALL other Muslims abhor Isis behaviour. As I'm regularly told

Massive difference from a few people shouting IRONS than people shouting Allah Akbar. Days after over 150 people have been killed.

I'm sure if there was an attack in the western world every other day then we wouldn't talk about it as much either. The reaction to an event is based on how unusual it is.
When IRA were bombing up the place I don't think tons of people in other countries cared about us either. It was just normal really. Same with eta in Spain. How many other countries cared about there bombing campaigns?
I just think people are stupid really.

That is just a lame attempt by some right wing or government supporting idiot to try and deflect the stupidity of his country's people.
In truth he is embarrassed and once he see's the reaction from Europe he is trying to calm the annoyance and show that Turks are actually respectful in other words hoodwink you .
One minutes silence is exactly fucking that, if the Turkish National team and Fatih Terim can do it why the hell can't they ? maybe they are missing some brain cells or are a bit simple but i doubt it.

Yes. Also there are people who fail to see that other people genuinely care, work hard to do things to help AND post their feelings about it online. Virtue signallers that they are.

If the post D Scully presents reflects the truth, then all respect to the Turkish fans in their stance. My only concern is that this is the very first time I've actually heard such an explanation, so I've no real earlier references to fall back on,
It does highlight, however, the modern (western?) urge to be offended - or, more accurately, to show others that you have been offended, whether or not that is actually the case.
Giving the appearance of being offended and appearance of some faux "solidarity" seems to be very high on some peoples' agenda when it comes to life's priorities. So much so, that I suspect many have simply given up on even contemplating life's harsher realities and let others decide for them which morals to support and which to ridicule.
Of course, in this modern, 24-hour world, some are simply "too busy" or "too important" to be able to spare a few minutes in contemplation when something like this happens. Some activities are, well, "just below" them. How arrogant does that make such people?
How insulting are they to their fellow humans? "You're not worthy of my time & thoughts, so here's something someone else put together to save ME the trouble. Please believe I care. It's important to ME that I feel that you feel that I care."
Some of you follow social media as fanatically as terrorists follow their cause - and THEY don't see why they should change, either.

One decent and popular anti government Turkish channel spoke about the booing though they dare not show it and the presenter was not happy with the arse wipes booing, then he showed Wembley and he said this.
" Last night in England 80 thousand French and English football fans sang the French National anthem together, now you may think the French and English are great pals and that was why, but no that is not the case they are not, they did this out of respect for those innocents who perished in Paris, and to show solidarity against the evils of terrorism ".
I think the presenter was trying to teach the Turkish boo idiots a lesson, but I doubt it would get through there thick supposedly Islamic brains.
